We are Hiring an Office Manager
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for day-to-day operation, budgeting, and maintaining medical and staff records.
We currently have one part-time position available that can be 100% remote with a completely flexible schedule. Hours vary between 5-15 hours a week.

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour
Our Expectations
Job Description
- Monitor billing payments
- Resolution of claims issues when unpaid, incorrectly paid, or denied
- Contact clients as needed with questions regarding insurance, rescheduling, or payment
- Contact insurance companies with inquiries per providers requests
- Initiate and maintain electronic payments from insurance companies.
- Routinely verify all demographic information for providers with Insurance companies.
- Verify clients copay and/or deductible info as requested by Providers
- Verify EFT transfers match corresponding bank deposits
- Verify all client copay and deductible information at the beginning of each year.
- Credentialing Experience Preferred, CAQH updates
- Perform other tasks as required

- Proven work experience in a medical office
- Ability to handle medical records discreetly
- Knowledge of Simple Practice software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
- Communication skills and a customer service orientation
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, meticulous
