We offer strengths-based therapy and are honored to hold the space, listen, empathize, and offer whole-hearted compassion for you and your reasons for seeking therapy. While the services we offer involve talking about the reasons that bring you into therapy, we also utilize other complementary techniques such as Energy Psychology and guided visualizations. We have received training in the well researched and popular therapy models as follows: Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Interpesonal Process Therapy.   We are interested in working together with you to reach your life goals!  If you are suffering from anxiety and/or depression, difficult relationship endings or beginnings, grief, loss, procrastination, or have survived abuse and trauma please know that we are here for you.
