My name is Ashley Christenson. I am the Billing Manager at Roots Renewal Counseling.  Helping people is my passion and purpose. Honesty, integrity, transparency, trust, compassion, and knowledge are the core values that guide everything I do. I have been a medical biller for 16 years and my passion is to be the bridge between community members seeking care, their insurance, and the providers who continue to provide services to our community. Making a real difference in people’s lives by improving healthcare access and efficiency drives me in this work each and every day.
